Kai Cenat riot: NYPD smashes rioting kid's face through back window of taxi
This is the shocking moment NYPD cops smash a youngster's face through the back window of a cab at the Kai Cenat riots in New York City.
Crowds descended on Union Square on Friday after the Twitch streamer told his millions of fans he would give away free PlayStation 5s.
The ensuing riot saw cars destroyed as fights broke out among thousands of people gathered in downtown Manhattan.
In one video from the scene, a cop could be seen grabbing a teenager by the arms and slamming him against the back window of a taxi cab, smashing the glass.
Police then grabbed another man, who struggled as he was surrounded by cops who pinned him to the ground.
The NYPD told DailyMail.com it is 'aware of the video, and it is under internal review,' after Mayor Eric Adams suggested 'outside agitators' could have been to blame.

Cenat, 21, has been charged with inciting a riot and unlawful assembly after he announced a gaming giveaway along with fellow streamer Fanum scheduled for 4pm Friday.
He had promised to give out free PlayStation 5 consoles, computers, accessories and gift cards during the Twitch stream.
In his Twitch broadcast, Cenat told his 20million followers: 'We're making sure to have good like protection and s***. You already know, we're trying to chill and s***.
'All my New York n******, I f****** love you n****** to death,' he said. 'But ya'll n****** are wild. Ya'll n****** are animals, bro. Let's be real, bro. When you n****** get too lit, when there's too much going on, like, n****** start violating s***.
'That s*** might end really quick depending on how rowdy you get and s*** like that.'
He added: 'Now, look - it is a public area. So anything can happen, bro. Anything can happen.
'Make sure you pull up with somebody. Just make sure you pull up with a friend to make sure ya'll are good and s–t like that.
'New York is f***** insane, n—-r. But I need all my New York n****** out there. We're gonna go crazy, bro.'
He added that he picked Union Square because the event 'would get shut down ASAP' if it was held at a more crowded New York landmark such as Times Square.

Some hurled fire extinguishers while others senselessly pounded away at cars that were parked on the street.
Cenat could be seen emerging from an SUV worming his way through the crowd and directing his followers to a nearby truck with a see-through back that contained boxes labeled PS5.
Half of the crowd followed the truck, the other half continued to follow the social media star. When the car got to 17th street, it picked up speed and drove away from the scene.
Cops were forced to hold up pieces of plywood and take cover behind cars as people threw objects at them, according to Eyewitness News.
It's unclear when and why the crowd turned violent.
Cenat and his friends reacted to the wild scene on a live stream that seemed to show them reveling in the crowd.
'Look at this!' Cenat said, as he showed a picture of the crowd to the camera.
'They standing like in f****** unity, bro.'
He added: 'Everybody for themselves, it's a war out there man.'

At a press conference following the riots, NYPD Chief Jeffrey Maddrey said: 'You had people were walking around with shovels, axes... a lot of young people got hurt.'
'I had officers who were hit and were hurt, but they stayed to help us resolve this.
'We're not against young people having a good time… but it can't be to this level.'
Mayor Eric Adams later said that 'outside agitators' may have been to blame for the violence.
He said Cenat 'had a substantial number of followers' and 'people came from outside of the city to be there.'
'We are further looking into were there even some outside agitators,' the mayor said at a news conference on a separate matter Sunday.
'You don't come to get free Game Boys and bring smoke bombs and bring M-80s and bring other disruptive items. We believe there were some outside influencers that may have attempted to aggravate this situation.'
He also warned of the negative effects social media can have on the young, admitting that it is difficult for parents but that 'our children cannot get their values, their beliefs from social media and other outside entities.
'Our children are being inundated by influencers, by those who consider themselves to be credible messengers,' he said.

On Saturday, the public relations company working with Cenat apologized for the riot.
In a statement that did not mention the streamer by name, AMP Group claimed the firm had organized giveaway events before and 'never experienced anything at the scale of what took place' at Union Square.
'Yesterday members of AMP hoped to create a positive experience for fans and give back as a show of appreciation for their support,' AMP Vice President Erica Tucker said in the statement.
'We recognize that our audience and influence are growing, and with that comes greater responsibility. We are deeply disheartened by the outbreak of disorderly conduct that affected innocent people and businesses, and do not condone that behavior.'
'We apologize to all of those impacted. We are fully cooperating with local authorities,' she said.
