Ivanka Trump 'becomes besties' with influencer Candice Miller in Miami
Ivanka Trump is hanging out with a whole new crowd in Miami after reportedly striking up a friendship with a famous fashion influencer who lives in her new luxury apartment building — and boasts her own network of high-profile friends and family.
The former First Daughter, 39, was spotted chatting with Candice Miller — one half of the sister blogging duo Mama and Tata — on the beach last Wednesday near their exclusive oceanfront building Arte Surfside.
Candice is a prominent face on the Hamptons social scene, as is her cousin, controversial fashion blogger Arielle Charnas of Something Navy, who also has her own condo in the same exclusive Miami building that Ivanka lives in.

It was rumored on social media last week that Ivanka had also struck up a friendship with Arielle, with writer Sophie Ross tweeting a tip that she received from an anonymous source suggesting that the three women had become 'besties.'
A spokesperson for Arielle denied the claim to DailyMail.com, insisting that the influencer has never met or spoken to Ivanka.
'It was only a matter of time. To no one’s surprise, Arielle Charnas and Ivanka Trump, new Miami neighbors, are now besties!' the source —whom Sophie insisted was 'legit' — wrote in a text message that the writer posted on Twitter.
The unnamed person, whom Sophie did not identify, also claimed that all three women were recently at the beach together, though Candice was the only one who was photographed with Ivanka.
'They've all become besties and [were] spotted on the beach together a few days ago. Their kids are all starting classes together,' the person continued, noting that the unspecified classes cost $900 per session.

However, in a statement made to DailyMail.com, a spokesperson for Arielle denied that she has formed any kind of connection with the former First Daughter and said that they have not ever had a conversation.
Sophie's source also claimed that the three women and their respective families are currently the only ones who live in the building, however a spokesperson for Arte Surfside insisted that 'many of the units' inside the 16-residence condominium are currently occupied.
The spokesperson denied the insider's suggestion that Arielle was the 'only' person living in the building before Candice moved in.
Given that there are only 16 homes inside the property, it may still only be a matter of time before Ivanka and Arielle cross paths, however.
Whether or not Arielle and Ivanka end up meeting, the First Daughter appears to have found a firm friend in the Something Navy blogger's cousin Candice — who joined the Kushner clan for a beach outing just last week.
In photos exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, Ivanka can be seen handing something to Candice on the beach while holding her iPhone and headphones.

The mother of three was dressed in a short white swim cover-up featuring black and neon green stripes that she wore over a white bikini. Her blonde hair was pulled back and she had a large crownless sun hat on her head.
Candice was more covered up in a baggy striped button-down shirt that she cinched at the waist with a fanny pack and khaki pants.

Ivanka, who shuttered her eponymous clothing and accessories label in 2018, has plenty of common with fashion influencers and designers like Candice.
Candice started her fashion and lifestyle blog, Mama and Tata, with her sister Jenna Crespi in 2016 and has since taken over the majority of the business.

'Under normal circumstances, I reside in NYC and spend weekends in Miami. However, given our current climate, I’m living at our home at the beach in the Hamptons and will be heading south shortly,' she told Varley before heading to Florida.
Meanwhile Arielle, 33, also has two daughters — Ruby and Esme — with her husband Brandon Charnas, and they have a third on the way.

Notorious: Arielle faced backlash several times in 2020 after 'skipping the line' to get a COVID-19 test in March and then fleeing to the Hamptons while sick
The influencer, who now has more than. 1.3 million Instagram followers, launched her Something Navy blog in 2009 followed by her Something Navy clothing line in 2017.
And like Ivanka, who faced a large amount of backlash during her father's presidency, Arielle has weathered a fair number of controversies of her own.
Back in March, the Something Navy founder infuriated New Yorkers when she managed to get her hands on one of a limited number of COVID-19 tests thanks to a personal connection, in spite of the massive shortage at the time.
Then, when she tested positive, she didn't self-isolate for the required two weeks and fled Manhattan with her family for the Hamptons.
Once out east, Arielle was accused by a Southampton florist of skipping out on a bill and then lying about it.

She also reportedly received between $150,000 and $350,000 in coronavirus relief funds from the Paycheck Protection Program for her fashion line, Something Navy, which she re-launched in July — with $10 million in funding round.
Ivanka and her husband Jared signed a one-year lease on their condominium in the property, which is one of Miami's most coveted oceanfront buildings, the Wall Street Journal reported last month.
It is unclear how much Ivanka and Jared are paying for the condo, but it's safe to say the luxury property didn't come cheap.
Arte is one of the most expensive complexes in the Surfside neighborhood, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month. Its penthouse sold for $33 million to an unnamed private equity executive from New York last month.
The Trump-Kushner family is said to be using the large, unfurnished unit as a temporary home while they build a more permanent one on a two-acre plot they purchased on Indian Creek Island — also known as the 'Billionaire Bunker' — for $31.8 million late last year.
