Chrissy Metz and her cameraman beau Josh Stancil have split up.

The This Is Us star dished about her new single status on The Wendy Williams Show on Friday.

'I’m dating myself currently,' the 37-year-old joked to the host.

The couple started dating sometime after they met on the set of This Is Us, which premiered in September 2016, according to Us Weekly.

Josh apparently 'moved onto another show' before their breakup, she said.  But it's hard to know whether she meant that literally or that he had a new love.

Chrissy also revealed that she and the 40-year-old have remained friends.

'I’m always friends with people who I was previously with, which is important to me, you know?' she explained.

'Because you care about the person. You don’t just dump them off.' 

The American Horror Story alum talked about filming love scenes with her onscreen love interest Chris Sullivan in front of her real-life beau at the Television Critics Association press tour on August 3 in Pasadena, Ca.

'We laugh about it,' Chrissy said. 'There was the Christmas episode where [Chris and I] did kiss 12 times and Josh was texting me and he was like, "Why does Helen [Hunt, who directed the episode] have you guys kiss 12 times?"

'And I was like "I don’t think she’s having us kiss 12 times, she’s looking for different angles to get." And he’s like, "OK, I was just asking!” '

Chrissy and the This Is Us cast wrapped filming on the second series at the end of February, with the last episode airing on March 13.

It has been picked up for a third 18-episode season that could take it into 2019.
